Job Description :
Administrative assistant needed for a busy office in The Plains, Ohio. Will provide office coverage by serving as agency receptionist, maintain financial records and generate bank deposits, operate and organize the filing system, update the database system, assist staff with generating and proofreading correspondence, and light marketing and social media tasks. Other general office and project duties as needed.

 

This is a temporary-to-direct, full-time job opportunity, starting immediately. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The pay rate is commensurate with experience. If hired on directly, this company offers a full benefits package. 
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma is required and a valid driver's license. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of office experience. Candidates with an agriculture or natural resource background will be given strong preference. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable with website building and social media tools. Must be fluent with MS Office applications and be self-motivated.
